There are some items we simply don’t have the resources to dispose of with dumpster rentals per EPA guidelines. Those items include:

• Biohazardous materials and medical waste

• Paint (although dry paint cans are permissible)

• Batteries

• Equipment containing gas or oil

Each of our dumpster rentals comes with delivery to your home, office, or construction site, a generous rental period, and disposal of your trash (up to the designated weight limits). The rental period or waste volume may be increased for an additional fee.

The price of a dumpster rental is determined by the city of delivery, dumpster size, and the type of debris you will be putting into the roll-off dumpster. When you call ACE Roff Off, we will give you an all-inclusive price quote based on these specifications. Remember, because we’re a local company, we can give you the best price around. In fact, we will match or beat competitor pricing or terms in the event you do find a better offer.

When you call us, we will provide you with a competitive quote that includes delivery, pickup, a generous dumpster rental period, and disposal of debris up to the specified weight allowance for the dumpster size you choose. It’s always a good idea to book your dumpster rental as far in advance as possible to ensure its availability and our ability to deliver the day you need it. Keep in mind we’re busiest on Mondays and Fridays. While we always appreciate a couple of days’ notice, we realize timely delivery is critical to keeping your project moving on time and within budget. While the speed of service is based on availability, typically, as long as you place your order by noon we will be able to deliver the dumpster the next business day. In some instances, same-day delivery is possible.

When you order your dumpster rental, our friendly customer service representatives will let you know the weight limit on the dumpster you order. This is determined by the size of the dumpster as larger dumpsters will hold more trash, and we’re happy to take care of that trash for you!

Obviously, the size of the dumpster you’re going to need will depend on the size of your project. We offer 10, 15, 20, and 30-yard dumpster rentals. Recommendations are available on our website, or you can call our office and one of our friendly and experienced customer service representatives will be happy to help you reach a decision.

When the dumpster rental is picked up, the driver will put a tarp over the load for containment during transport. We ask that you don’t load any material above the top rails of the dumpster that will interfere with the tarp. Try to keep the load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as possible. If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and cannot be transported safely, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe level before we can remove it. Additional charges may be assessed.

Each municipality has different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets or any other public right of way. Contact your local municipality and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits. ACE Roll Off, LLC is not responsible for obtaining proper permits.

We place dumpsters in driveways all the time. Damage does not typically occur from normal dumpster operations. However, poor surface conditions or soft surfaces like the lawn may be subject to rutting and sinking, especially with inclement weather. We will always do our very best to avoid making a mess but there are situations out of our control. Your driver has the experience to provide the best recommendation. We advise you to ask for their suggestion on placement if you’re not sure. ACE Roll Off, LLC is not financially liable for the damage caused by normal dumpster operations.
